FAIRFIELD — Chief Christopher Lyddy reports that the Fairfield Police Department arrested and charged two men with drug offenses and a woman with prostitution following a weeks-long investigation into illegal activity in a Fairfield neighborhood.
The case, brought forward by North Reading Police Detectives, resulted in five arrests in four towns and freed 10 women from alleged human sex trafficking.
Andover Police met with employees from hotels in town and in Methuen, Tewksbury and Nashua N.H. to discuss prostitution and human trafficking.
