HOPKINTON — Chief Joseph Bennett is pleased to announce that the Hopkinton Police Department has launched a blog to serve as a hub for the latest information and updates on news pertaining to the Department.
The blog, hopkintonpdnews.com, is integrated with the Department’s Facebook and Twitter accounts and will automatically broadcast news blog content onto the feeds. Residents may subscribe to the blog and receive notifications of new posts by email.

- Victim Services Information
- Information on the Department’s Jail Diversion Program, which directs those with mental-health crises to assistance they need rather than the Criminal Justice System
- Police Logs
- General contact information for Department leadership
- Contact information for public records requests
“This blog will serve as a central source for Department news, and reinforce our commitment to transparency with the residents of Hopkinton,” Chief Bennett said.
“We’re excited to be offering this new resource.”
