ROWLEY — Rowley officials are warning residents about a recent scam attempting to solicit money from residents on behalf of the Rowley Water Department and the Rowley Municipal Light Plant.
Rowley Water Department to Temporarily Shut Off Water Along Part of Main Street Thursday
The Rowley Water Department reports that water will temporarily be shut off tomorrow evening along a portion of Route 1A.
