DRACUT — Chief Peter Bartlett reports that the Dracut Police Department will seek criminal charges against two adults and a juvenile who were caught trying to break into vehicles in the area of Skyline Drive.
On Saturday, Aug. 31, at approximately 2:12 a.m., Dracut Police were called to the area of 130 Skyline Drive for a report of several men dressed in black who appeared to be going through vehicles.
Officers responded to the area and located a 17-year-old Lowell juvenile, a 25-year-old man with no known address, and a 21-year-old man with no known address, all dressed in dark colors and wearing backpacks.
