JOSHUA TRUE, AGE 29, OF LOWELL, was arrested and charged with:

On Sunday, March 13, at approximately 11 a.m., Tyngsborough Police recovered a red Ford pickup truck at 141 Middlesex Road that had been reported stolen from Lowell earlier the same day.
Video surveillance of the area revealed that two men had parked the truck at that location and then carried two flat-screen televisions to the area of the train tracks behind 141 Middlesex St. Tyngsborough Police officers were able to recover the televisions as well.
On Wednesday, March 16, Tyngsborough Police received a call reporting that two men who appeared to fit the description of the two men seen in surveillance video leaving the stolen pickup truck were once again in the area of Middlesex Road.
Officers responded, located the suspects, who were identified as BRYANT and TRUE, and an on-scene investigation determined they were the same men captured in surveillance video. BRYANT and TRUE were taken into custody without further incident.
A subsequent search of a backpack that was in BRYANT‘s possession when he was arrested led to the discovery of additional items, including a .44 caliber black powder revolver, 12-gauge shotgun shells, a knife, a holster and several other items that were reported stolen from Litchfield, N.H., along with the previously recovered televisions.
BRYANT and TRUE were scheduled to be arraigned Thursday in Lowell District Court.
“I want to thank the community members who assisted us by providing video surveillance footage, and by calling police when they recognized these individuals days later. Partnership between police and the community is a key to keeping our town safe, and the arrests that were made in this case are a testament to what we can accomplish,” Chief Howe said. “I would also like to thank Tyngsborough officers for their quick response and for taking these individuals into custody without incident, and specifically Sgt. Cynthia Shay and Officer Peter Kulisich for their detailed and thorough investigation, which remains ongoing.”
These are allegations. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
