HULL — Superintendent Judith Kuehn and Principal Nicole Nosek are pleased to report that the Hull Public Schools has named Connor Duhaime its new Director of Athletics & Intramurals for grades 6-12 and Athletic Facilities Coordinator.
Director Duhaime will begin his new role immediately. He will replace outgoing Athletic Director Scott Paine, who accepted the position of Athletic Director at Scituate High School.
A graduate of Hull High School and the University of New England, Director Duhaime will be responsible for implementing a new grade 6 and 7 intramural track program for the district, as well as serving as Chair of the advertising committee to secure advertising for the new turf field and will promote and secure tournament rentals.
His previous experience includes working as an outside linebackers coach at the University of New England, where he gained experience in recruiting and game planning.
Most recently, Director Duhaime spent time working as an intern under the leadership of Hingham Athletic Director Jim Quatromoni. During his internship, he completed tasks such as developing schedules for a variety of sports, maintaining accurate medical records for student-athletes, and implementing COVID-19 safety protocols. He also worked closely with the staff of Hingham High School to ensure students were maintaining their responsibilities as students.
“Connor is bringing a great deal of knowledge and personal experience to Hull Public Schools, and we are excited to welcome him to the district,” Superintendent Kuehn said. “We are looking forward to our athletics program beginning to return to normal next year, and we know Connor will be a very important part of that.”
