Sudbury Police Department Invites Community to Open House at New Police Headquarters
SUDBURY — Chief Scott Nix and the Sudbury Police Department, along with the Board of Selectman, Permanent Building Committee and Sudbury Town Staff, would like to invite residents to a ribbon cutting and tour of the new Sudbury Police Headquarters at the end of the month.
“This is a wonderful opportunity for members of our community to come and see our brand new station and interact with some of the key officials who were involved throughout the entire construction process,” Chief Nix said. “We are extremely proud of the way this project turned out and invite all of our residents to come enjoy it with us.”
WHAT:
The Sudbury Police Department and several town officials are inviting the community to a ribbon cutting and tour of Sudbury’s brand new police station.
Construction of the new 14,540 square-foot building began in October 2014 and was completed late last year. The new station replaces the police department’s previous headquarters on Route 20.
Light refreshments will be available during the event.
