HOPKINTON — Town Manager Norman Khumalo and Director of Hopkinton Youth & Family Services Dawn Alcott are pleased to announce that Hopkinton’s Youth & Family Services department is now accepting grant applications from Hopkinton residents disproportionately affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
