Rowley brings significant experience in public works administration to Stow, currently serving as Water and Sewer Superintendent for the Town of Shrewsbury.
“For more than 20 years, I’ve enjoyed building and maintaining the infrastructure and green spaces that connect people, preserve history, and support the future vision of communities I have served,” Rowley said. “I’m excited to bring all of this experience to the benefit of the Town of Stow.”
The Select Board ratified Rowley’s appointment on Dec. 10. He begins in his new position on Jan. 6.
