HAMPTON — Superintendent Dr. Lois Costa is pleased to announce that the Hampton School District has partnered with the Cook Center for Human Connection.
The Cook Center for Human Connection offers Hampton school community parents and guardians a trusted and supportive haven to navigate the complexities of raising a child on its website, ParentGuidance.org.
The Hampton School District and the Cook Center are pleased to offer the following services as part of this partnership:
- Parent Coaching – Every parent, guardian, and caregiver is eligible for free parent coaching. ParentGuidance.org lets parents and guardians sign up with a personal coach to help them and their child thrive.
- Staff Coaching – Every staff member is eligible for free parent coaching. ParentGuidance.org allows staff to sign up with a personal coach to help them and their child thrive.
- Mental Health Series – The Mental Health Series Platform offers access to live monthly sessions and recordings, as well as key takeaways from each topic. Each session is led by expert facilitators, providing ongoing support whenever needed.
- Each month, Hampton and the Cook Center will share a calendar highlighting different mental health issues. To view December’s calendar, click here.
