NEW LONDON — Superintendent Winfried Feneberg is pleased to announce that a Kearsarge Regional School District administrator has been recognized by his peers for a statewide professional honor.
Business Administrator Lawrence LeBoeuf has been selected as the Business Administrator of the Year by the New Hampshire Association of School Business Officials. The award recognizes excellence in business administration, leadership, professional growth and development, and high personal and professional ethics.
LeBoeuf was presented the award by NHASBO Executive Director Chuck Bates at the Kearsarge School Board’s March 17 meeting.
“I am honored to have received this award,” LeBoeuf said. “It would not have been possible without my staff, the SAU 65 staff, the District’s leadership team, and other Kearsarge employees with whom I work with every day.”
Superintendent Feneberg nominated LeBoeuf, who has served in the District since 2007. In his nomination, Superintendent Feneberg wrote that LeBouef’s professional and transparent work with the District budget has created a deep trust within Kearsarge’s sending communities. Superintendent Feneberg also praised LeBeouf’s stellar management of District finances during the many challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
“He is the trusted financial manager every school superintendent would want by his side,” Superintendent Feneberg said.
LeBoeuf’s nomination was supported by School Committee Chair Ken Bartholomew and Jerry Frew, Associate Executive Director of the New Hampshire School Administrators Association and Superintendent Feneberg’s predecessor.
