Berkley Firefighter’s Association to Host 11th Annual All Motor Vehicle Show
BERKLEY — Chief Scott Fournier and the Berkley Firefighter’s Association are pleased to announce that the association will host its 11th Annual All Motor Vehicle Show in August.
WHEN:
Sunday, Aug. 18, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
WHERE:
Berkley Common, 5 North Main St.
WHAT:
All are welcome to attend the All Motor Vehicle Show to enjoy classic cars, music, raffles and food. Admission is free for spectators and those who attend are welcome to bring coolers, pop-up tents and lawn chairs.
“We’re excited to see that the car show is going into its 11th year,” Chief Fournier said. “This is an event we look forward to each year, where people can show off their vehicles, no matter if the car is bought or built. It’s great to see the community come out and enjoy these old fashioned and unique cars.”
The All Motor Vehicle Show serves as the Berkley Firefighter’s Association’s annual fundraiser. All proceeds and donations go to local charities and youth organizations.
The show is open to all vehicle types and origins, including cars, trucks, 4x4s, vans, motorcycles, hot rods, classics and customs. Any year, make and model are welcome to be part of the show.
Vehicle registration costs $10 per vehicle. The first 125 entrants will receive a free dashboard plaque. Registration closes at noon on the day of the show.
Vehicles are entered in two classes: Classic (1980 and earlier) and Modern (1981-current). Trophies will be given to the top 10 vehicles of each class, as well as a “Best Motorcycle” trophy and one “Best in Show” trophy for each class. The award winners will be judged and chosen by car show entrants.
For more information or questions, call Berkley Fire Capt. Ryan Pierce at 508-967-5299.
In the event of rain, the All Motor Vehicle Show will be held Sunday, Aug. 25.
