WHEN
Saturday, May 19, from 8-11 a.m.
WHERE

WHO
Professional Firefighters of Attleboro Local 848 will be hosting.
Attleboro residents of all ages are invited to attend.
WHAT
More than 1,000 Attleboro residents are expected to attend the union’s 26th Annual Community Breakfast on Saturday.
The event is free to all city residents to come and enjoy a breakfast of pancakes, eggs, sausage, home fries, toast, juice and coffee.
New England Patriots defensive lineman Vincent Valentine is expected to be in attendance, along with local politicians and several retired Attleboro firefighters.
A DJ will be playing music and balloons will be handed out to kids.
“This is a great way for our firefighters to be able to give back and say thank you to the community that we serve,” said Lieutenant Tim Infante, Chairman of the May Breakfast Committee. “We want everyone to come out and enjoy a nice hot breakfast served by our firefighters.”
In addition to giving back to Attleboro residents, the event will also be used to raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) and the department’s Fourth of July fireworks display. A firefighter’s boot will be set up inside the station where attendees can donate money.
