Carlisle Police Arrest Man in Connection with Alleged Mail Theft
On Wednesday, Dec. 18, Carlisle Police arrested Anthony O. Unaka, 53, of Randolph in connection with allegedly stealing mail from multiple Carlisle homes. Unaka was arraigned Thursday, Dec. 19 in Concord District Court on charges of larceny under $1,200, receiving stolen property and possession of a Class E drug.
