Meet Kristen Potter

Kristen is the Vice President of Digital and Enterprise accounts, overseeing a team of highly qualified professionals who are devoted to the company’s website, marketing, video, graphic design and mobile app development. During her time at JGPR, Kristen and her team has successfully launched over 100 police, fire, school district, city/town government and association websites. 

In her role as overseeing Enterprise Accounts, Kristen works closely with various state organizations, nonprofits and affinity groups to ensure their mission and online platforms properly reflect the work they do and the people they serve. 

In 2024, Kristen was selected as a Top Women in Marketing by Ragan Communications and received an Agency Leader Award as part of the class of 2024. Under her leadership, the team has won national awards from PRNEWS and American Inhouse Design for its work with both municipal governments and state chief associations through rebranding efforts and enhanced online user experience.

She joined JGPR in August of 2019 after a career in the financial services industry in the areas of recruiting and training, along with website marketing and project management. Kristen received her Bachelors of Science in Business from the University of Vermont, along with a Masters in Business Administration with a focus in Information Technology from Suffolk University. 

She currently resides in Groveland with her husband, three children and fur-baby Mac (a member of the JGPR support Staff).

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
Always strive to do your best and don’t lose sight of your goals. Push yourself. 

What advice would you give a candidate who wants to join the team?
Our business is all about relationships and understanding our clients needs – always be asking questions and getting to know who you work with.

Cats or dogs?
Dogs (and cats).

What’s the most inspiring part of your job?
Knowing that the work we do helps our clients help others. We offer the vehicle(s) for them to tell their story. 

When you were 5, what did you aspire to be when you grew up?
A veterinarian.
