PEPPERELL — Police Chief David Scott reports that the Pepperell Police Department, arrested three men on various charges and seized a significant amount of drugs and two firearms Friday following the execution of a search warrant at a home in town.
PETER WALKOVICH, AGE 36, OF PEPPERELL was arrested and charged with:
- Trafficking Methamphetamine Over 200 Grams
- Trafficking Cocaine (Over 36 Grams, Under 100 Grams)
- Possession of a Class B Drug With Intent to Distribute (LSD)
- Possession of a Class B Drug With Intent to Distribute (MDMA)
- Possession of a Class C Drug With Intent to Distribute (THC Concentrate)
- Conspiracy to Violate Drug Law
- Possession of a Large Capacity Firearm
- Possession of a Large Capacity Feeding Device
- Possession of Ammunition Without an FID Card
- Reckless Endangerment of a Child (Two Counts)
CHRISTOPHER BOUTIN, AGE 32, OF PEPPERELL was arrested and charged with:
- Possession of a Class A Drug (Ketamine)
- Possession of a Class C Drug With Intent to Distribute (THC Concentrate)
- Conspiracy to Violate Drug Law
- Possession of a Large Capacity Firearm
- Possession of a Large Capacity Feeding Device (Two Counts)
CHRISTOPHER BARTON, AGE 33, OF PEPPERELL was arrested and charged with:
- Possession of a Class C Drug With Intent to Distribute (THC Concentrate)
- Conspiracy to Violate Drug Law
At approximately 8:15 p.m. on Friday, May 7, officers executed a search warrant at 5 Mill St. in Pepperell, with assistance from the Northeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council (NEMLEC), Littleton Police K-9 unit and the Groton and Dunstable Police Departments, as part of an ongoing investigation.
As a result, police seized eight grams of ketamine, a three-ring binder with multiple pages of LSD tabs, 67 ecstasy pills (MDMA), just under 500 grams of methamphetamine, over 75 grams of cocaine and multiple units of THC concentrate in both liquid and wax form. Additionally, officers located and seized a 9mm Glock and 9mm Ruger handguns.
“I’d like to commend DetectiveJohnCoburn and Officer Dan Adams for all of the work they put into this investigation and also thank all of the other officers and agencies for their assistance,” Chief Scott said. “Their work resulted in a large quantity of dangerous drugs and two firearms being taken off the streets Friday night. Hopefully, our residents feel safer knowing that their police department is constantly working to rid drug dealers from our town.”
At the time the warrant was executed, two children under the age of 13 were inside the home. They were released to relatives and the Department of Children and Families was notified.
The suspects were arraigned today in Ayer District Court. WALKOVICH was ordered to be held on $50,000 cash bail. BOUTIN was ordered a $2,500 cash bail and BARTON was ordered a $500 cash bail. The next date in these cases is June 9.
Pepperell Police would like residents to remember that the Northwest Middlesex Community Outreach Initiative Network (COIN) is available to assist those affected by substance use disorders, and provides a link to recovery and treatment for substance-related issues.

These are allegations. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
