MANCHESTER-BY-THE-SEA — Police Chief Todd Fitzgerald and Fire Chief Jason Cleary report that the Town of Manchester-by-the-Sea will, over the next several months, transition its 911 call center and emergency dispatch functions to the North Shore Regional 911 communications center in Middleton.
