WAKEFIELD — Chief Rick Smith attended a youth vaping conference Friday at Essex Tech that brought together law enforcement members, public health officials and educators from around the state.

Chief Rick Smith is pleased to announce that Wakefield Police Officer David Rando and his K9 partner Dozer recently completed a national patrol dog certification program, and were one of the top handler and dog teams to participate in competitive trials over the weekend.
