LITTLETON — Chief Matthew J. Pinard reports that the Littleton Police Department is actively investigating a threatening letter found at the Life Care Center of Nashoba Valley this week.
At approximately 8 a.m. on Wednesday, April 15, Littleton Police responded the Life Care Center of Nashoba Valley for a report of a threatening letter written a paper bag.
Upon arrival, police were given a letter that had been found by staff on the sign at the entrance of the facility at approximately 6:20 a.m. The letter, written on a brown paper bag, made threatening, violent remarks against the Life Care Center in reference to recent deaths at the facility due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
Additional patrols will be made by the Littleton Police Department near the facility while police continue to actively investigate.
