MIDDLEBOROUGH — Police Chief Joseph Perkins reports that eight additional suspects have been charged in connection with a triple-stabbing that occurred last month.
As a result of their ongoing investigation, the Middleborough Police Department has charged eight additional suspects, including two adults and six juveniles, that were allegedly involved in the incident.
MATTHEW BROW, AGE 19, and ALAIIS BARROWS, AGE 19, both of MIDDLEBOROUGH, were charged with Assault and Battery.
Four JUVENILE MALES and two JUVENILE FEMALES, of MIDDLEBOROUGH, were charged with Assault and Battery in connection with the incident as well.
An arraignment date is yet to be scheduled.
On Saturday, June 24 at 12:05 a.m., the Middleborough Police Department received a 911 call reporting multiple people stabbed in the area of the power lines on Wall Street. Upon arrival, officers found three people who had suffered stab wounds. One victim was critically wounded and is still being hospitalized.
These are allegations. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
