ANDOVER — Police Chief Patrick Keefe reports that the Andover Police Department arrested two men on Monday in connection with a breaking and entering incident in town. The suspects are also believed to be involved in several other house breaks in neighboring communities, including Newburyport, Tewksbury, and Ayer.
