Townsend Police Chief Calls for Support for Regional Lockup after Officer is Attacked by Suspect in Holding Cell
TOWNSEND – Chief Robert M. Eaton Jr. is renewing calls for support for a countywide criminal lockup facility after a Townsend police officer was brutally attacked by a dangerous suspect who tried to escape from a holding cell at the Townsend Police Department.
PEPPERELL – Chief David Scott reports that the Pepperell Police Department, in conjunction with the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, will charge a 17-year-old juvenile after a distracted driving crash that resulted in serious injuries.
TOWNSEND — Police Chief Robert M. Eaton Jr. reports that a student was injured after an altercation with another student at the North Middlesex Regional High High School in Townsend this morning.
