TYNGSBOROUGH — Chief Richard D. Howe reports that the Tyngsborough Police Department, as a result of a joint investigation conducted with the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Law Enforcement Division, arrested a Tyngsborough man on a warrant charging animal cruelty.
