TYNGSBOROUGH — Chief Richard D. Howe reports that the Tyngsborough Police Department, as a result of a joint investigation conducted with the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Law Enforcement Division, arrested a Tyngsborough man on a warrant charging animal cruelty.
ROWLEY — Chief Scott Dumas and the Rowley Police Department report that the owner of a local dog kennel has been charged with 39 counts of animal cruelty and other charges as a result of a joint investigation conducted with the MSPCA and Animal Rescue League of Boston.
