Payton began working with JGPR as an intern in January 2024. She joined the staff full-time in June 2024 as a Junior Public Relations Associate. Payton is a native of North Haven, Conn. and lives in the Boston area. She graduated from Lasell University in 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing.
Payton developed her passion for writing and storytelling at The 1851 Chronicle, Lasell’s student-run newspaper, where she was a reporter and editor.
