WAREHAM — Superintendent Matt D’Andrea and Wareham Middle School Principal Tracie Cote are pleased to share that the Wareham Middle School hosted its second annual Career Day on March 7.
Each grade attended a panel with five different speakers from various careers. Panelists discussed their vocations and answered questions written by students. Featured careers included marine biologists, professors, attorneys, and graphic designers.
The Career Day event was in conjunction with Wareham Middle School’s College and Career Month initiative, which aims to expose students to a variety of professions and inspire them to imagine possible career paths.
“Early exposure to different types of jobs is such an important part in shaping our students’ futures,” Superintendent Matt D’Andrea said. “We thank our community members for taking the time to discuss their work.”
