TYNGSBOROUGH — Chief Richard D. Howe reports that the Tyngsborough Police Department arrested and charged a man with open and gross lewdness.
ALFREDO SORRONDEGUY, AGE 37, OF NO KNOWN ADDRESS, was arrested and charged with:
- Open and Gross Lewdness
On Thursday, Dec. 1, at approximately 4:18 p.m., Tyngsboro Police received a report of a man exposing himself inside a store at 440 Middlesex Road.
Responding officers located a woman in the store who reported that a man later identified as SORRONDEGUY exposed himself to her in a public area while shoppers were nearby.
Police located SORRONDEGUY in the store’s parking lot. He was taken into custody at the scene.
“I want to thank our responding officers for their rapid response to this call, and for removing a dangerous individual from our community,” said Chief Howe.
SORRONDEGUY will be arraigned Friday in Lowell District Court.
These are allegations. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
