ACTON — Town Manager John S. Mangiaratti and Economic Development Director Julie Pierce invite the community to Kelley’s Corner Block Party hosted by Acton’s Economic Development Office.

Residents may park for free at the Kmart plaza.
WHAT:
Residents of all ages are invited to this free event.
It will feature fun activities, including a live band, face painting, henna, craft projects, shopping discounts, free samples, raffles, a magician, cartoon characters and other interactive tables and information from local businesses and community organizations. Residents also will have a chance to view a new public art installation.
“Come have a great afternoon with us, support the local business community and enjoy a number of fun, family-friendly activities at our block party. It is sure to be a fantastic event for all in attendance,” Director Pierce said.
This event is an opportunity for residents to come together in advance of the Kelley’s Corner Construction Project planned to begin in the Fall. The project will improve the Kelley’s Corner intersection and make it safer for pedestrians, cyclists and motorists, and more visually appealing.
