DUNSTABLE — Chief Paul Zbikowski is pleased to announce that the Dunstable Fire Department participated in a successful ‘Concerts on the Common’ event hosted by the town.
Members of the Dunstable Fire Department participated in Concerts on the Common on June 22. Concerts on the Common are a series of community events hosted by the Town where residents and children can see live music, purchase food, visit vendor tables, meet town representatives, and participate in fun activities.
Firefighters Denise Boodoo and Rafael Cabanas handed out educational material and goody-bags to children. Bags included stickers, notepads, and junior firefighter hats. Children were also able to explore Engine 1 throughout the day.
The Dunstable Fire Department participates in all Concerts on the Common events, which are held every Wednesday during the summer on the Dunstable Town Common.
“We really enjoy connecting with members of our community,” said Chief Zbikowski. “This is a great event for residents to come together and meet members of the department.”
Residents are encouraged to participate in Concerts on the Common throughout the summer, and visit the Dunstable Fire Department’s table for prizes and fire safety material.
