PLAINVILLE — Acting Chief of Police James Floyd reports that the Plainville Police are investigating a crash involving a school bus with students on board that occurred in Plainville Monday afternoon.
The crash occurred at approximately 3:15 p.m. between a school bus and a motor vehicle in the area of 9 Messenger St. in Plainville.
Plainville Police along with EMS from Plainville, North Attleboro, Wrentham and Foxorough were dispatched to the scene.
Six students were on board the bus being transported home from Saint Mary’s Sacred Heart School of North Attleboro.
No immediate injuries were reported by the driver of the bus or students being transported. The operator of the car was transported by ambulance to an area hospital for evaluation.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Plainville Police.
