EAST BRIDGEWATER — The East Bridgewater Board of Selectmen are pleased to report that Pamela Adduci has been hired to be the Town’s new Treasurer-Collector.
The Board voted unanimously to offer Adduci the full-time Treasurer-Collector position at its March 18 meeting. The Board voted unanimously to sign an employment agreement with Adduci on March 24, making her appointment official.
Her official start date will be April 25.
Adduci served as the Treasurer-Collector for the Town of Halifax since May 2015. Some of her duties included supervising and assisting in the billing and collection of tax bills, the preparation of cash flow projections and evaluation of town cash requirements, processing and dispersing of municipal payrolls, overseeing the administration of employee benefits, managing tax title proceedings, and supervising a staff of multiple full-time employees.
Prior to serving as full-time Treasurer-Collector in Halifax, Adduci served for two years as Assistant Collector in Halifax, and for several years before that as an administrative assistant in the Treasurer-Collector’s office.
For more than a decade, Adduci served as a head bank teller and assistant manager at multiple banks. She is a certified member of the Massachusetts Treasurer-Collector’s Association.
