WILLIAM BRUCE, AGE 63, OF NORTON, was arrested and charged with Trafficking of a Class B substance (crack cocaine) and Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class A substance (heroin).
On Sunday, March 27, Somerset Police Officer Eli Fishbein developed information that BRUCE, who had three outstanding warrants issued by the Fall River District Court, was at the Riverview Inn and Suites, 1878 Wilbur Ave.
