RANDOLPH — Chief Anthony Marag and the Randolph Police Department are asking for the public’s help in locating an 86-year-old woman with memory loss who has been missing since Saturday.
Marie Laure Depestre is missing from Decelle Drive in Randolph. She wandered away from her home on Saturday afternoon, Oct. 9.
Police have deployed K9 units to the area as part of the continuing search for Depestre.
Residents with security cameras, Ring door bells or other recording devices on their property are asked to review any footage from the past 24 hours for anyone fitting the description of Depestre.
Residents are also asked to check the exterior of their properties for signs of Depestre, in particular any locations where someone might seek shelter.
Depestre is an 86-year-old Black female, about 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighing approximately 130 pounds, with gray hair combed back and brown eyes. She may be wearing glasses.
She was last seen wearing a distinctive, two-toned, yellow, v-neck sweater, black pants, black socks and black “slide” sandals.
Depestre speaks Haitian Creole. She has gone missing in the past and suffers from memory loss.
