SUDBURY — Chief John M. Whalen reports that the Sudbury Fire Department responded after a vehicle crashed into a dentist’s office Thursday morning.
At 9:17 a.m., Sudbury Fire and Police were dispatched to 17 Concord Road for a report of a crash. Upon arrival, first responders located a sedan that had crashed through the front of a commercial building.
When crews arrived, two occupants remained inside the vehicle, while an individual who had been inside the building at the time of the crash reported injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.
The two occupants of the vehicle were uninjured but were trapped in the vehicle due to falling debris. One of the individuals who had been inside the building at the time was transported to a local hospital for evaluation.
The building and wiring inspectors were called to the scene to evaluate the building, and the structure was ultimately left in the custody of the Building Department and the owner who responded to the scene.
