WHITMAN — The Whitman Fire Department announces that Chief Timothy Grenno will be retiring in July following a nearly 40-year career in fire service.
The Whitman Board of Selectmen made the announcement at their April 13 meeting. Chief Grenno plans to officially retire effective Friday, July 9.
“It has been an honor to serve with the men and women of the Whitman Fire Department, as well as the members of the Whitman community,” Chief Grenno said.
