PLYMOUTH — Chief G. Edward Bradley is pleased to announce that the Plymouth Fire Department’s website now features links to the department’s smoke and carbon monoxide alarm inspection portal.
“We are pleased to now offer an online portal for residents to request and pay for smoke and carbon monoxide alarm inspections,” Chief Bradley said. “This new portal will streamline inspection requests throughout our community and make it a hassle-free process for all.”
Residents can find links to the fire department’s new smoke and carbon monoxide alarm inspection portal on the Inspections page underneath the Fire Prevention tab.
On the Inspection page, after clicking on the “Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm Inspections” link, residents will be able to choose between the following building types:
To request smoke and carbon monoxide alarm inspections at your building type, click on the respective link that will bring you to the portal.
With the portal, residents will be able to request a date for their inspection. At the time of their request, residents will also be asked to pay online with either a credit/debit card or e-check.
Residents will also still have the option to drop off their paper application and payment at the Fire Headquarters, 114 Sandwich St., drop box.
