HINGHAM — The Town of Hingham would like to inform the community that a COVID-19 vaccination pre-registration form is available for people 75 years of age and older who live or work in Hingham. The Town’s ability to hold vaccination clinics is dependent on vaccine availability.
If you can access the vaccine through other means, you should do so. The Town of Hingham is limited by the number of vaccines it receives and the Town will vaccinate people on a first-come, first-served basis.
Click here to access the online form.
Once someone has pre-registered they will be added to a wait list. The Town will follow the State’s prioritization process for vaccines, with people 75+ years old eligible first in Phase 2. Once the Town receives its vaccine doses from the State, health officials will set up clinics for those who live and work in town. The Town will email people on a first-come, first-served basis with instructions to schedule a vaccine appointment.
If you have received a vaccine elsewhere and no longer need an appointment, let the Town know as soon as possible by emailing CovidQuestions@hingham-ma.gov.
“Pre-registration is an important and positive step in the process of getting all people vaccinated who live and work and our town, and we will continue to keep people informed every step of the way as the vaccine is rolled out,” said Hingham Executive Health Officer Susan Sarni. “We ask that everyone continue to be patient. Our ability to deliver the vaccine is based on our vaccine supply. We thank everyone for their continued cooperation during these difficult times.”
