Phase One Clinics to Conclude This Week

DARTMOUTH — Director of Public Health Christopher Michaud and the Dartmouth COVID-19 Response Team would like to share with the community information regarding the beginning of Phase Two COVID-19 vaccinations and the conclusion of Phase One vaccinations.

Individuals Age 75+

Gov. Charlie Baker announced Monday updates to Phase Two of the COVID-19 vaccine distribution plan. Individuals age 75 and older are now the first priority group in Phase Two.

Vaccinations for individuals age 75 and older will begin on Monday, Feb. 1 statewide.

Dartmouth residents age 75 and older who have questions about access to the vaccine and do not have access to the internet are asked to call the Dartmouth Council on Aging at 508-999-4717. If you do not receive an answer, please leave a name and number for your call to be returned.

For additional information and to see the full priority list of Phase Two-eligible groups, click here.

The Dartmouth Board of Health will be participating in COVID-19 vaccination clinics depending upon the availability of vaccines. The exact dates and appointment availability will depend on the weekly vaccine allocations and site availability. Details on clinic operations in Dartmouth will be posted to the town website by Wednesday, Feb. 3.

Phase One Eligible Groups

Gov. Baker announced last week that the remaining two groups listed in Phase One are immediately eligible to make a vaccination appointment. The remaining Phase One categories include home-based health care workers and health care workers providing non-COVID-19 facing care. This does not include those who do not come in contact with patients, however.

For more information on the types of health care workers included in Phase One, click here.

The Dartmouth Board of Health is completing clinics for Phase One-eligible groups this week. Those who are eligible as part of the Phase One workforce groups are able to make a vaccination appointment in Dartmouth through Wednesday, Jan. 27.

An appointment is required and can be made by clicking here. Individuals must present proof of their eligibility to receive the vaccine.

Residents are encouraged to regularly check the town’s COVID-19 vaccination page as updates regarding the advancement of the vaccination rollout, clinic dates, times and locations, and registration information will be posted to the page as they become available.

The Dartmouth COVID-19 Response Team encourages everyone to stay informed regarding the COVID-19 vaccination process. The following resources are recommended for the most up-to-date information:
