JGPR is thrilled to announce we’ve been nominated as a finalist in the 2020 PRNEWS Platinum Awards in the category of PR Team of the Year. The annual PRNEWS Platinum PR Awards recognize the most imaginative messaging campaigns, exceptional communicators and top-notch teams in the public relations space across 50 categories.
“I’m so proud of all of the staff at JGPR. This has been an exceedingly challenging but rewarding year due to COVID-19 and our heavy involvement in communicating about coronavirus for our police, fire, school, and municipal clients,” said JGPR Principal John Guilfoil. “But through it all, everyone has shown a rallying spirit, a lot of heart, and above all we have been a great team—even when working remotely.”
There are four other nominees in the PR Team of the Year category. The winner will be named during a virtual gala on October 27, 2021.
In June, JGPR’s Southern New England Division swept the Local/Regional Television News Placement category at the 52nd Annual Bell Ringer Awards.
