LITTLETON — Chief Matthew J. Pinard reports that the Littleton Police Department is investigating after graffiti was discovered on a school building.
At 7:30 a.m. today,, Littleton Police were dispatched to Shaker Lane School for a report of vandalism, which had been located on one side of the building by a school employee.
The responding officer observed the spray painted graffiti, which included racist imagery and phrases, including one swastika, as well as other explicit images.
“This type of behavior is unacceptable and we are committed to doing everything in our power to identify those responsible and hold them accountable for their actions,” Chief Pinard said.
Following a preliminary investigation, Littleton Police believe that there are two juvenile suspects responsible for the graffiti. Anyone who believes they have information about this incident is asked to contact Littleton Police at 978-952-2300.
