CONCORD — Chief Joseph O’Connor reports that the Concord Police Department is looking to identify a man believed to have trespassed on and vandalized private property.
The man is believed to have removed a No Trespassing sign and damaged a man-made rock wall on the private property of a Monument Street home. The sign and rock wall separate the private property from the abutting conservation trail.
The incident occurred on Friday, May 22 just before 8:20 a.m. Video of the incident can be found here.
The man was wearing a blue helmet, blue shirt, dark colored shorts and red gloves.
