ARLINGTON — Chief Julie Flaherty reports that the Arlington Police Department, as part of the Suburban Middlesex County Drug Task Force, executed a search warrant at a local residence which yielded drugs and cash.
DANTE QUINN, AGE 32, OF ARLINGTON will be charged with:
- Trafficking Cocaine
- Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class B Substance (Oxycodone)
On Monday, May 18 at approximately 5:30 p.m., Arlington Police Narcotics Investigators, members of the Suburban Middlesex County Drug Task Force and Arlington Police officers executed a search warrant at an apartment located on Massachusetts Avenue.
Inside the apartment, police located and seized a number of Oxycodone and Oxymorphane pills, drug packaging materials and $4,785.
The warrant was executed as part of an investigation into a package that was intercepted by federal authorities and was addressed to QUINN as the cosignee. The substance found in the package tested positive for cocaine, and 103 grams of cocaine was seized.
QUINN will be summonsed to appear in Cambridge District Court and will be arraigned at a later date.
These are allegations. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
