ROCHESTER — Superintendent Kyle Repucci is pleased to announce that Spaulding High School will be holding a Voter Registration Day next week.

WHEN:

Wednesday, Jan. 15, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

WHERE:

Spaulding High School, 130 Wakefield St.

WHAT:

Next week, Spaulding High School will hold a Voter Registration Day with Rochester Deputy City Clerk Cassie Givara, giving students who will be eligible to vote by next month a chance to register.

State law allows students who will be of voting age prior to the upcoming election to register. Students who will be 18 years old by Presidential Primary Election on Feb. 11 will be able to register to vote.

“We’re grateful the City is providing this opportunity for our students and making staff available to answer questions they might have as many get ready to vote for the first time,” Superintendent Repucci said.

More information about the upcoming Primary Election can be found here.
