Chelmsford Police Seek Missing Woman

CHELMSFORD — Chief James M. Spinney reports that the Chelmsford Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a resident who has been missing since Friday.

Susan Willand, 54, was last seen Friday, Dec. 20 at approximately 8 a.m. on Kennedy Drive in North Chelmsford.

Willand is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing approximately 125 pounds with blonde hair. She is possibly wearing a dark blue or black winter coat with a hood. She may appear confused or disoriented.

Anyone who believes they may have information about her whereabouts is asked to call the Chelmsford Police Department at 978-256-2521.
