Tyngsborough Police Arrest Three Men for Aggravated Burglary, Armed Robbery
TYNGSBOROUGH — Chief Richard Howe reports that the Tyngsborough Police Department arrested three men in connection with an incident that occurred early Sunday morning.
As a result of an investigation:
IAN FINNILA, AGE 18, OF TYNGSBOROUGH was arrested and charged with:
- Aggravated Burglary
- Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon
LUKE O’BRIEN FORMAN, AGE 19 OF DOYLESTOWN, PENN. was arrested and charged with:
- Aggravated Burglary
- Armed Robbery
- Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon
- Possession of a Class B Drug
JOHN GILET, AGE 18, OF TYNGSBOROUGH was arrested and charged with
- Aggravated Burglary
- Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon
- Malicious Destruction of Property over $1,200
On Sunday, Dec. 1 at 2:42 a.m., Tyngsborough Police were called to a location on Groton Road for a report of vandalism, with suspects seen in a gray Land Rover vehicle.
After an investigation, police found the vehicle and the suspects and took the suspects into custody. The investigation determined that there was an altercation between the suspects and a Groton Road resident. The suspects allegedly entered the victim’s home without permission. During the dispute, GILET allegedly vandalized the victim’s vehicle, and the suspects allegedly assaulted the victim by kicking and punching him and assaulting him with objects, including a metal water bottle.
The victim and suspects are believed to be known to each other.
