Tyngsborough Police, Regional SWAT Team Arrest Hudson, N.H. Suspect
TYNGSBOROUGH — Police Chief Richard Howe reports that the Tyngsborough Police Department arrested a man who fled from the Hudson, New Hampshire Police Department on Sunday, Nov. 17 after he was found inside a trailer Sunday night.
MICHAEL PELLERIN, AGE 45, OF HUDSON, N.H., will be charged with:
- Fugitive from Justice on Court Warrant
- Breaking and Entering Into Motor Vehicle
PELLERIN will face additional charges out of Hudson.
On Sunday night, PELLERIN, who fled from police following an incident earlier Sunday in Hudson, was traced to a RV behind Forrest Marine & RV on Middlesex Road in Tyngsborough. Initial reports had indicated that he may have been armed with a firearm.
PELLERIN was arrested Sunday night without further incident by the Northeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council (NEMLEC) SWAT Team. He was unarmed at the time of his arrest and a subsequent search did not locate a firearm.
Chief Howe would like to thank Tyngsborough officers, as well as the responding units from NEMLEC, for their quick and professional response.
PELLERIN is expected to be arraigned Monday in Lowell District Court.
These are allegations. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
