*Traffic Advisory* Excavation Work to Impact Traffic on Center Street in Dighton This Weekend

Center Street Will be Down to One Lane from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 21

DIGHTON — Police Chief Robert MacDonald and Fire Chief Christopher Maguy would like to notify Dighton residents that road work will impact traffic on Center Street on Saturday, Sept. 21.

The excavation contractor will be conducting work near Bristol County Agricultural High School, installing a new water line from the north side of campus to the south side. The section of Center Street around the area of the school will be reduced to one lane from approximately 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Dighton Police will have officers in place to assist with traffic flow, but motorists are encouraged to use an alternative route, if possible.
