Pepperell Police Arrest Man for Possession of Child Pornography
PEPPERELL — Chief David Scott reports that the Pepperell Police Department has arrested a resident for possession of child pornography today.
Following an investigation, THOMAS LUCCI JR., AGE 33, OF PEPPERELL, was arrested and charged with four counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
On Tuesday, Nov. 14, at approximately 6 a.m., Pepperell Police responded to LUCCI’S residence with members of the Massachusetts State Police Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Team and executed a search warrant. Officers found evidence of child pornography on four different electronic devices owned by LUCCI, including a cell phone, two tablets and an external hard drive.
“This arrest is the culmination of weeks of investigative work by Detective Jay Friend and members of the Massachusetts State Police,” Chief Scott said. “I commend them for their strong and tireless police work, and for bringing this individual to justice.”
