John Guilfoil Public Relations to Open South Shore Office

Company’s Second Office will be Located in Braintree

GEORGETOWN — John Guilfoil Public Relations LLC, the quickly-growing, full-service public relations agency that specializes in government agencies, police and fire departments, education, public health and nonprofits, announces that the company will open a second location to better serve its clients south of Boston.

The company recently acquired an office unit in the Professional Building located at 409 Pond St., in Braintree, and renovations are currently underway to modernize and furnish the space.

“When this company launched four years ago, the promise made to my first clients was simple: The company will grow as needed, and I will reinvest in the business to ensure that JGPR is always able to provide immediate, high-quality service to our clients,” said company founder and owner John Guilfoil. “A second office is a continuation of that promise, and it reflects our commitment to responsive, 24/7 service to our government and public safety clients. Braintree is an excellent place to set up shop, and it provides easy access to our clients all across southern New England.”

JGPR provides services to more than 200 agencies in eight states. Over the past year, the company has added numerous clients in the south shore and south coast, and the company is actively working to expand its existing footprint in Rhode Island and Connecticut.

Local to the new Braintree office, the company serves clients in Avon, Canton, Stoughton, Holbrook, Dedham, Cohasset, Bridgewater, East Bridgewater, Easton, Hull, Rockland, Taunton, Raynham, Whitman, Plympton, Dartmouth, Freetown, Fairhaven and elsewhere including on Cape Cod and Block Island, Rhode Island. The company also serves the Southeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council and the Norfolk County Fire Chiefs Association.

The office is expected to open Nov. 1. The company will, in the coming weeks, make personnel announcements regarding staffing at the Braintree location.
