Statement of Littleton Police Chief Matthew King Regarding Guilty Verdict in Indecent Exposure Case
LITTLETON — The following is a statement from Police Chief Matthew King regarding the guilty verdict in an indecent exposure case that occurred in March.
“I would like to acknowledge the hard work of the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office in prosecuting this case,” Chief King said. “I also commend the work of Littleton Police for their diligent work on this case. This individual acted without consideration for employees and bystanders at the time of the incident, and we are pleased to see that he has been brought to justice.”
DAVID S. MELO, AGE 36, OF MARLBOROUGH was found guilty of the following in Ayer District Court today:
- Indecent Assault and Battery
- Disorderly Conduct
- Open and Gross Lewdness
MELO must register as a sex offender.
