Bedford Police Seek Information on Two Reported Residential Burglaries
BEDFORD, N.H. — Chief John Bryfonski and the Bedford Police Department are requesting the public’s assistance as they investigate two burglaries that occurred Wednesday afternoon.
At approximately 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 6, Bedford Police responded to County Road on report of a daytime burglary. Upon arrival, officers found that the home had been forcibly entered through a window sometime during the late afternoon hours. No one was home at time of the incident.
Officers later responded to a report of a burglary on Powder Hill Road around 6 p.m., where they found the home forcibly entered through a back door.
Several pieces of jewelry were reported stolen in both incidents.
“All residents should be vigilant about locking their doors and securing their belongings,” Chief Bryfonski said. “We are actively investigating both incidents and asking the community to come forward with any information.”
The Bedford Police Department is urging citizens to be watchful and report any suspicious activity, vehicles, or persons in residential areas. If you See Something, Say Something.
Anyone with information regarding either incident is asked to contact the Bedford Police Department at 603-472-5113.
